We have a long experience of offering conferences, consultancy and facilitation to faith-based organisations, beginning with churches, Christian based charities and community organisations, and for a number of years including a substantial range of work with organisations from different faiths and working across faiths. Chaplaincy is an area often in a multi-faith setting where a systemic approach is extremely helpful. We work from the idea that faith can be a great resource in organisational life.
