The Institute and its partners sponsor International Experiential Learning Opportunities, where leaders from across the world gather to learn and practice leadership in real time.  Every facet of these opportunities is experiential and is purposely designed to promote dynamic interchange and shared learning among a group of diverse people. The program does not teach answers to specific problems. Rather, it provides a social ‘laboratory’ for exploring the dynamics of power, leadership, authority, change and transformation as they actually arise and unfold during the event. Participants are exposed to a method of ‘contemplation and reflection-in-action’ that simultaneously utilises the intellect, heart, and intuition in ways that can reveal profound truths about human experience in organisations, working with emergence and encouraging creativity and innovation. This year we have events taking place in the UK, Thailand, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago and the USA.
